Thank you for choosing 3DGreenbox! We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we will provide refunds for our 3D products.
Refundable Products
- Product Not as Described: If the 3D product you purchase is significantly different from its description on our website, we will gladly offer a full refund.
- Damaged or Corrupted Files: If the 3D product files you download are damaged or corrupted and unusable, we will resend the files or provide a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from downloading or using the 3D product due to our fault, we will offer a full refund.
Non-Refundable Products
- Products Downloaded in Full: Due to the downloadable nature of our products, once a product is downloaded in full, we cannot offer a refund.
- Incorrect Purchase: If you purchase the wrong product accidentally, we regret that we cannot offer a refund. However, we may be able to offer a store credit for the purchase price.
- Compatibility Issues: If the 3D product is not compatible with your software or hardware, we cannot offer a refund. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is compatible with your needs before purchasing.
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about a purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 3 days of your purchase by email at support@3dgreenbox.com. Please include your order number, the name of the product you are requesting a refund for, and a brief explanation of the reason for your request.
Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
